For HR dealing with employment law issues on the Nordic level. This seminar gives you a legal and practical overview of the employment law in Denmark, Finland and Norway.

The employment laws in the Nordic countries are similar in many ways but there are also major differences. During the seminar, we will talk about the relevant legislation when hiring, during employment and when terminating employment. We will also give you an update on the latest hot topics within employment law in each country. 

This is the 18th time that we have offered this unique opportunity to get an overall presentation of employment law rules in the Nordic countries during one day.

To make sure that the day is as rewarding and instructive as possible, the legal framework will be presented in a straightforward way, with a focus on how you as an HR manager should handle these issues from a practical perspective as well as how to avoid the pitfalls Please note that Swedish employment law will not be covered in the same way as the other countries but the Swedish framework will be included as a complement.

As part of the seminar you will also receive a written set of frequently asked Q&A covering all four countries and for you to keep as valuable help in your day-to-day work.
